My professional background is in UX research, analytics, and technical communication. Here, I plan to write about things I find interesting — which tends to cluster around how people make sense of information, how that gets measured, and what happens when the two come into contact.

I'm increasingly interested in data visualization as a practice, particularly in R with ggplot2. Some of what I build in my spare time may end up here. We will see.
